Thoughts

It's already 2am sharp.

I'm not sleeping yet. Just waiting for the time when I really cannot hold open my lids any longer, so that I could fall asleep easier and not think of anything that can keep me wide awake.

Tons and tons of things are going round and round in my head. To be honest, I never had this kind of every day stress in my entire life before. Kind of an experience to me.

I don't care what time I'll need to get up next morning. I just can't stay in bed wide awake for few hours thinking about something hard.

Random thoughts: It's not that I don't want to trust you, you made me cannot trust you.

"I keep my head from getting lazy,
I just can't wait to get back home,
All these days I've spent away,
I'll make up for this I swear."

Let's waste time

"If I lay here, if I just lay here,
Would you lie with me
And just forget the world?"

A thousand words

I'm tripping on words, you got my head spinning,
I don't know where to go from here."

The next superstar?

When I heard of the name Beau Bristow, I was wondering...who is he? According to Chelsie, he's like the male version of Taylor Swift. I bet you guys knows who is Taylor Swift, if you don't know, I've got nothing to say to you.

So, I didn't actually plan to go and see his performance. But on second thought, he's quite talented, and this is like the once in a lifetime oppotunity, so why not?

"Beau who?" was what everyone asked back when telling them he was coming to SEGi. I said he's like the male version of Taylor Swift, some say like Jason Mraz. You know, guitarist and songwriter. I bet most people shot back a "Bullshit lah" when I told them about him, now they know they're wrong.

Well, Nick was the first who ran downstairs lobby to welcome him, until now I still blame him for not asking me along.

Oh well, never mind that. The good news is, I've got an autograph album for him!

I shared this album with Nick. And guess what?? We're the first to buy him album, don't believe?

Nick, Beau, Nicholas, your truly.

In your face.

He arrived with some friends.

From left: David, Beau, Nick, Missy and your truly.

He performed a short performance for us at the cafeteria as a warm-up for his real performance at 4.30pm later.

Girls went crazy, but not me. I was impressed by his amazing voice.

So then later at 4.30pm, before his real performance, we caught him resting on the floor.

Those girls went even crazier.

Here's the starting of the show. Note that he used the song Chasing Cars by Snow Patrol to do the opening. Seriously, he's better than the original singer. No offense to Snow Patrol fans.

Alice kept saying that she wanted the water bottle Beau drank. So end of the show Robin went to tell the singer, the singer agreed to give her. With signature summore leh.

Alice, I hate you.

Beau, wish you the best of luck in the music industry, you have such potential to make everyone go WOW.

*Do check out Nick's blog for more details, and visit Beau Bristow's webpage. For more videos on this live performance, please refer to me, I have plenty, and I cannot upload all the videos here.

Results released

I was told that result should be out last friday. Then it was postponed to monday. From monday postponed to wednesday morning 9am. Then from 9am postponed to 11am. From 11am postponed to 1pm. Grr.

We lined up to a classroom to get our results. You know how the situation would be. Tense, tears and joy. And to be honest, I was in the state of shock when I got my results slip. I never expected my results to be like that. Whether its good or bad, you guess. But I think it's quite obvious here.

Chelsie told me my expression was scary. LOL. What to do? So unexpected.

I made my way down to college lobby, not aware of what I was doing. But after going for a drink with Shen, Ambrose and TL, I felt better.

Thanks to Shen for giving me a ride home.

Seriously, I want to drown myself with Java Chips.

no expression, no expression,
Hide my head I wanna drown my sorrow."

Another new semester, another new start

Yes people, I'm back at college after a month honeymoon. I still haven't had enough of holidays, 1 month is simply not enough. But whatever, lots of workloads are on their way to me.

I'm taking 2 subjects this semester. And before you roll your eyes can say "For crying out loud, only just 2 subjects, how hard can it be?" Let me tell you, your dead wrong.

  • Chemistry
  • Personality

These 2 are both heavy subjects. Even the lecturer also ask us to consider taking it this semester or not, and he was serious. But I'm not changing, so bring it on.

Frustrations

Sometimes I think to myself that, I've done a big mistake by keeping quiet when someone offended me, or touching some sensitive issue, which results to getting offended all the time. I admit that I'm not strong emotionally, never at all. Whatever they say and whatever they do offended/hurt me in every sickening way, I somehow quite impressed with myself that I have the patience to keep quiet. And I'm quite sick of pretending.

the truth is I have done pretending.
